SkyTree Education Pvt. Ltd. is a Japan-focused education and career consultancy based in Shantinagar, Kathmandu, established in 2013. We specialize exclusively in Japan pathways β SSW Kaigo, Japanese language classes, and Japan Student Visa.

No. SkyTree works directly with Japanese employers and schools. There is no broker or middleman. You only pay SkyTree service fee, with full transparency on what it covers.

SSW & Kaigo
Specified Skilled Worker visa and caregiver placement
Kaigo means nursing care in Japanese. SSW Kaigo workers provide care to elderly residents in nursing homes, hospitals, and day care centers across Japan. It is one of the most in-demand SSW sectors due to Japan's aging population.
JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic (Japanese language), plus the Kaigo Skills Evaluation Test. You must be 18 or older, hold a valid Nepali passport, and have a clean criminal record.
Yes. SkyTree students have successfully landed in Fukuoka, Japan for Kaigo work, and we continue to support them as part of the SkyTree family.
Yes. While Kaigo is our specialty, we can guide you through other SSW sectors including food and beverage service, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and accommodation work.
SSW Type 1 does not allow family members. Once you qualify and upgrade to SSW Type 2, you can bring your spouse and children to Japan.
Generally around 160,000 to 200,000 yen per month plus overtime. Some facilities also provide accommodation. Exact details vary by employer and are shared with you before you accept any offer.
SSW Type 1 is the initial visa β valid for up to 5 years, no family allowed. SSW Type 2 is for highly skilled workers who have demonstrated proficiency β it has no time limit and allows family to join you in Japan.
Japanese Language Classes
Courses, levels, and exams at our Shantinagar classroom
Absolutely. Our Beginner program starts from Hiragana and Katakana with no prior knowledge required, and builds progressively toward JLPT N5 and then N4.
JLPT is held twice a year and tests N5 to N1 levels. JFT-Basic is a computer-based test held more frequently and is accepted as an alternative to JLPT N4 for SSW applications. Both are valid for Kaigo SSW.
On average, students reach JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic level in about 6 to 12 months of consistent study, depending on the batch schedule and individual pace.
Yes, SkyTree offers both morning and evening batches at our Shantinagar, Kathmandu classroom to fit around work or school schedules.
Yes. After reaching N4 level, students can join our Business Japanese module covering keigo (polite speech), workplace emails, and professional communication for life in Japan.
Yes. We offer NAT-TEST preparation alongside JLPT. NAT-TEST is held 6 times per year and is a useful stepping stone and practice test alongside your JLPT preparation.
Visa, Cost & Process
What to expect from start to arrival in Japan
COE stands for Certificate of Eligibility. It is an official document issued in Japan required for your visa application. SkyTree prepares and submits your COE application on your behalf.

Typically a valid passport, citizenship certificate, educational certificates, and a recent photo. We will guide you on the exact document list during your free consultation based on your chosen pathway.
It happens and it is okay. SkyTree provides re-study guidance and additional practice so you can retake JLPT, JFT-Basic, or NAT-TEST in the next available cycle.
